Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 C flour
Preparation
Step 1
1. Blend cream cheese and butter.
2. Sprinkle in flour, mix thoroughly.
3. Knead on a floured surface 3-4 times. Roll out to 1/8" thickness.
4. Place crust in 9" pie pan, fill with pie mixture. Bake 1 hour.
