Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. lemon, almond, vanilla, run or brandy extract (optional)
- Substitue 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon for extract if desired.
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Sugar
- Water
Preparation
Step 1
All you have to do is preheat the pan, flat side down, on burner set on medium heat until the water sizzles when sprinkled on the surface. Dip pan, dome side down, into the red dipping dish with the batter. Lift pan and set on burner. Cook until crepe bubbles and edges turn golden brown. Remove and set aside. And repeat as many times as the batter allows!
