Summer Melon Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c each cubed cantaloupe, honeydew and seedless watermelon
  • 1/4 c chopped red onion
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the melons, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, pepper and salt. Serve with chips. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 1-3/4 cups.
