To Die For Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 16 slices white bread, crusts removed and flattened with a rolling pin

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine vanilla extract, egg, cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. Spread the contents on each bread slice and roll each like a jelly roll.

2. Dip each roll into the melted margarine.

3. Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon. Roll each coated roll into the sugar/cinnamon mixture.

4. Place each roll on a cookie sheet and put in freezer for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove from freezer and slice each into 4 pieces. Refreeze extras.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes.
