Vegan Crockpot Chili

This is a basic meatless chile for making in the crockpot. Cholesterol free, low fat and high in fiber and protein.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 4 gloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1/3 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 can 28 0z. can tomatoes
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. chile powder
- 1/3 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 can 6 oz. tomato paste
- 2 cans black beans, drained
- 2 cans red kidney beans, drained
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in the crock pot
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
