Mom's Macaroni & Cheese

  • 1 lb macaroni (3 cups)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 oz velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 tsp seasoning salt
  • pepper



Step 1

Boil macaroni for approx. 7 minutes. Drain and return macaroni to the pot.

Add 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese. Also add milk, velveeta cubes, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Top with remaining cheese and butter.
