Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups zucchini
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 2 square bars of chocolate
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 cups flour
• 1 cup salad oil

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs until lemon color.

Beat in sugar and oil.

Add melted chocolate, zucchini and vanilla.

Mix together dry ingredients.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes - 1 hour in greased loaf pans.
