Superior Meat Loaf with Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix

Ingredients

• 1 package of Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix.
• 2 lbs. of extra lean ground beef
• 3/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup or water
• 1/3 cup of ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Shape into loaf in 9 x 5 loaf pan.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until done. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
