Panko Crusted Tilapia Fillets

Ingredients

  • 3 Tilapia fillets
  • 2 cups of lemon pepper panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp of garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons of dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of oil for pan frying

Preparation

Step 1

In one container mix panko and parmesan cheese. Next season fish with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Next brush on enough mustard on both sides of fish so that panko sticks. Roll fish brushed in mustard in the panko cheese mixture. Set aside.

In small frying pan heat oil on medium high, pan fry fish for a couple of minutes on each side or until golden brown. Enjoy
