Sweet Fruited Coleslaw

Ingredients

• DRESSING:
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
• 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• COLESLAW:
• 1 bag (16 ounces) coleslaw mix
• 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
• 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
• 1 fresh apple, diced
• 1/4 cup golden raisins
• Chopped pecans, toasted, optional garnish

Preparation

Step 1

1.Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Chill until ready to toss coleslaw.
2.Combine coleslaw ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add dressing and stir to coat. Garnish with pecans, if desired.
