- 1 11OZ BAG CARAMEL BITS
- 2 T WATER
- APPLES

Step 1
MAKE APPLE ROUNDS WITH MELON BALLER. INSERT A CANDY STICK IN EACH ROUND. COVER PLATE WITH WAXED PAPER AND SPRAY WITH COOKING OIL. SET ASIDE.
MELT CARAMEL AND WATER TOGETHER. DIP APPLE ROUNDS IN MELTED CARAMEL. ALLOW EXCESS CARAMEL TO DRIP OFF. PLACE ON PLATE AND REFRIGERATE 1 HOUR.
REMOVE FROM FRIG 15 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
STORE LEFTOVERS IN FRIG.
