Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger root
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 (1 lb) salmon fillet, thawed if frozen
- copped green onions (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together soy sauce, garlic, ginger and honey in bowl. Remove and set aside 1/4 cup of mixture.
Place salmon fillets in shallow dish and pour marinade over top. Cover and chill 5 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove fillets from marinade; discard marinade. Cook, skin side up, 5 minutes; turn and drizzle with reserved marinade. Cook 5 to 7 minutes more or until fish flakes with fork. Top with green onions, if desired.
