Berry Cheesecake Muffins

Ingredients
- CREAM CHEESE FILLING:
- 1/3 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 pkg (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. fresh raspberries
- 3/4 c. fresh blueberries
- STREUSEL TOPPING:
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. cold butter

Step 1
1. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in milk. Combine the flour, baking powder and cinnamon; gradually add to creamed mixture just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups one-third full.
2. For filling, in a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg until smooth. Fold in berries. Drop a rounded tbsp full into center of each muffin .
3. For topping, combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the batter. (Muffin cups may be full.)
4. Bake at 375 degree F for 25-30 min or until a toothpick is inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 min before removing from pans to wire racks.
