Ingredients
- 2 lb pea-meal bacon roast
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F.
Combine balsamic vinegar, honey and olive oil. Set aside.
Score pea-meal bacon piece. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Transfer roast to roasting pan lined with foil.
Roast, basting occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 160F, about 1 hour, 45 minutes to 2 hours. Tent with foil and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
