Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds, boneless, skinless chicken breast
- (frozen breasts work really well)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 (18 oz.) bottle BBQ sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken breasts in bottom of slow cooker and add the rest of the ingredients on top. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours. When chicken is ready shred with 2 forks, mix and serve.
