Blood Orange Champagne Cocktail
Sweet, deeply colored blood orange juice combines with Cointreau and refreshing Champagne to make a delicious cocktail.
- 1 cup fresh blood orange juice
- 1 cup Cointreau, or orange liqueur of your choice
- 1 (750 milliliter) bottle champagne, chilled

Stir blood orange juice and Cointreau in medium pitcher; cover and chill until cold. Divide among Champagne coupes, top with Champagne and garnish with a slice of orange or orange twist.
