  • 2 C FLOUR
  • 2 TBLS SUGAR
  • 1 TSP BAKING SODA
  • 1 TSP SALT
  • 3/4 TSP BAKING POWDER
  • 2 EGGS
  • 2 C BUTTERMILK

Preparation

Step 1

COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS MIX. ADD EGGS AND BUTTERMILK MIX UNTIL BLENDED. DON'T OVER MIX.
POUR 1/4 C ONTO LIGHTLY GREASED GRIDDLE, TURN WHEN BUBBLES FORM ON TOP.
