Ingredients

  • 1/2 C orange juice
  • 1/2 C pineapple juice
  • Method 2:
  • 1 C water
  • 1 t apple cider vinegar
  • Method 3:
  • 1 t granulated sugar
  • Method 4:
  • arm positioning
  • forced yawn
  • Method 5:
  • 1 T peanut butter

Preparation

Step 1

Method 1:

Combine orange and pineapple juice and attempt to drink the entire glass as quickly as possible stopping to catch your breath as little as possible.

Method 2:

Combine water and apple cider vinegar and drink down quickly.

Method 3:

Allow a teaspoon of sugar to dissolve in your mouth until gone.

Method 4:

Put your arms straight out from your sides and force yourself to yawn deeply.

Method 5:

Eat a tablespoon of peanut butter

I have only personally tried method #3 (sugar) and it works every time so I have never needed to check out the others!
