Ingredients
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3 T. + 1 c. sugar, divided
- 3 T. margarine, melted
- 40 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 T. flour
- 1 T. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix crumbs, 3 T. sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of a 9” springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, flour and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed just until blended. Blend in sour cream. Pour over crust. Bake for 1 hour or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. HINT: For more even cooking and to prevent cracking, place springform pan in a large pan of boiling water during baking.
