Pumpkin Cake Balls

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 eggs



Step 1

Day 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x13 pan. In large bowl mix together all ingredients until well blended. Bake for 45 minutes.

Next day... Make cake balls

Crumble cooked cake in large bowl, mix gently wih fork until completed crumbled. Use tablespoon to scoop out balls and place on cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Freeze at least 2 hour.

Melt vanilla wafers. If mixture is too thick add a snall amount of vegetable oil to thin. Dip each frozen cake ball in the vanilla mixture and apply sprinkles immediately so that they stick.
