Ingredients

    pound chicken drummettes

  • 4

    tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

  • 1/2

    cup hot sauce

  • 1/3

    cup light soy sauce

  • 15

    drops liquid artificial sweetener

  • tabasco sauce (optional)

Directions

PREHEAT the oven to 400°F. Place the drummettes on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, turning once, until cooked through. STIR together the butter, hot sauce, soy sauce, sweetener, and Tabasco, if using, in a large glass or metal bowl. Add the hot wings and toss to coat.
