Low- Carb Baked Teriyaki Hot Wings
- 1 pound chicken drummettes
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/3 cup light soy sauce
- 15 drops liquid artificial sweetener
- tabasco sauce (optional)

PREHEAT the oven to 400°F.
Place the drummettes on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.
STIR together the butter, hot sauce, soy sauce, sweetener, and Tabasco, if using, in a large glass or metal bowl.
Add the hot wings and toss to coat.
