- 30 OUNCE CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 1/2 LB BUTTER
- 8 OUNCE MARSHMALLOW CREAM
- 2 TBSP VANILLA
- 2 TBSP PEPPERMINT EXTRACT
- 4 CUPS SUGAR
- 1 LARGE CAN EVAPORATED MILK
- 2 CUPS CRUSHED PEPPERMINT CANDY CANES OR PEPPERMINT CANDIES

Step 1
BUTTER A 9 X 13 BAKING DISH, SET ASIDE,
IN A LARGE BOWL ADD IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS, MARSHMALLOW CREAM AND VANILLA, SET ASIDE
BRING TO A BOIL EVAPORATED MILK, BUTTER AND SUGAR FOR 6 TO 7 MINUTES, START COUNTING AFTER BOIL, THEN POUR OVER CHOCOLATE CHIP MIXTURE, MIX WELL AND POUR INTO 9 X 13 PAN AND LET COOL. ENJOY
