Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups leftover fresh herbs
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Puree all ingredients and freeze in an ice cube tray (Mixture won't fill up whole tray, but fill each cube to the top). Throw cubes in hot pasta, soup, or risotto, or defrost and drizzle over chicken.
