Ingredients
- 1.5 c sugar
- 3.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup sour dough starter
- 3 eggs
- 1 c oil
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 c flour
- 1 box instant pudding powder
- 1 c each raisins and nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325.
Grease 2 large loaf pans. In a bowl mix 1/2 c sugar and 1.5 tsp cinnamon. Dust the pans with sugar/cinnamon mix reserving excess.
Place starter in large mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour batter evenly into 2 pans and sprinkle the remaining sugar and cinnamon over tops.
Bake 1 hour or until bread loosens from sides and toothpick comes out clean
