Ingredients

  • 8 slices of Peruvian ham "jamon del pais"
  • 8 leaves of lettuce
  • 8 mini baguettes of french bread
  • Mayonnaise, optional
  • Onion sauce
  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the baguettes half way horizontally, without separating the parts. Spread mayonnaise in the interior (optional). Place a leave of lettuce, a slice of ham and the onion sauce. Serve immediately

Onion Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
1 onion
1 spoon of vegetable oil
1 Peruvian yellow chili fresh, seedless and without vains, finely chopped
½ teaspoon of lemon juice.
1/2 teaspoon of coriander, finely chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste

PREPARATION:
Cut the onion in thinly slices. Wash the onion in water. Add the other ingredients and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
