Ingredients
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup finely diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup finely diced fennel
- 1 tsp. minced fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tbsp. fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried
- 1 tbsp. fresh mint, finely sliced or 1 tsp. dried
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
If yogurt is thin, drain through paper towels until thickened slightly. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
