YOGURT*****Cucumber & Fennel Raita

Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup finely diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup finely diced fennel
  • 1 tsp. minced fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried
  • 1 tbsp. fresh mint, finely sliced or 1 tsp. dried
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

If yogurt is thin, drain through paper towels until thickened slightly. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
