- 2 to 2.5 lbs Rump Roast
- Jerk
- Thyme
- Cajun Seasoning
- Minced Garlic or Garlic Powder
- Worcestershire
- Liquid Smoke
- Soy Sauce
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Teriyaki (Heavy)
- Red Wine
- Tamari
- Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Slice meat (preferably frozen) thin
Layer on marinade and sprinkle with seasonings
Let marinade overnight
Dehydrate for enough hours to completely dry out
