Ingredients

  • 2 to 2.5

    lbs Rump Roast

  • Jerk

  • Thyme

  • Cajun Seasoning

  • Minced Garlic or Garlic Powder

  • Worcestershire

  • Liquid Smoke

  • Soy Sauce

  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper

  • Teriyaki (Heavy)

  • Red Wine

  • Tamari

  • Salt

Directions

Slice meat (preferably frozen) thin Layer on marinade and sprinkle with seasonings Let marinade overnight Dehydrate for enough hours to completely dry out
