Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, sour cream, honey and chopped basil. Whisk vigorously until very well blended.
