Ingredients
- 8 ” bamboo skewers
- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
- 2-1# tubs bocconcini (small mozzarella balls), drained
- 24 leaves fresh basil
- Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Folr caprese sticks, skewer tomatoes and bocconcini balls, placing basil leaves between them. Drizzle the sticks with extra virgin oil and season with salt and pepper to your taste
