Caprese Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 8 ” bamboo skewers
  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 2-1# tubs bocconcini (small mozzarella balls), drained
  • 24 leaves fresh basil
  • Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Folr caprese sticks, skewer tomatoes and bocconcini balls, placing basil leaves between them. Drizzle the sticks with extra virgin oil and season with salt and pepper to your taste
