Ingredients
- 4c.4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
- 3/4c.3/4 c. sliced and slivered almonds
- 1c.1 c. sliced celery
- 1 1/4c.1 1/4 c. seedless green grapes (white)
- 3/4c.3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2c.1/2 c. sour cream
- 2tsp.2 tsp. lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Toast almonds for 3 to 5 minutes; cool.
3. In large bowl, place the chicken, almonds, celery, and grapes.
4. Stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add to chicken. Serves 4 to 5.
