  • Graham cracker crust
  • Filling
  • 5- 8 oz. pkg softened cream cheese
  • 5 eggs -beat seperately
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • Topping
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all filling ingredients, pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, until center is almost firm. Combine topping ingredients. Spoon on top of cake and bake at 500 degrees for 5 minutes.
Use 8 or 9 inch spring pan.
