Chicken - Thighs [CP] 'Sesame'

  • 2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 Tbs ketchup
  • 2 Tbs toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken thighs in the crockpot. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over
chicken. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 or 4.
