  • DRESSING:
  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1 (9-ounce) package frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 3 scallions, sliced
  • 2/3 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup yellow bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup Crystal Farms® Swiss Cheese, finely shredded
  • 6 large green olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
