Liver Pate

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb chicken livers
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 cup cut up onions
  • 2 tbsp butter to fry livers in
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Fry livers in butter. When done put in blend with remaining ing. Blend till smooth.
