Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 1 clove Minced garlic
- 1 c. Chopped Onion
- 1 c. Chopped celery
- 2 6 oz cans Tomato Paste
- 1 10.5 oz can Beef Broth
- 1 1/2 qts Water
- 1 c. Chopped Cabbage
- 1 10 oz pkg. Frozen Peas & Carrots
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Rosemary
- 1 can Kidney beans (not drained)
- 1 c. Dry Elbow macaroni
- Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large kettle and saute garlic, onion and celery for 5 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and next 7 ingredients - except cheese - and cook for 15 minutes longer. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
Freezes well.
