Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. coriander seeds
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 2-3 tsp. curry
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 pkg. chinese noodles
- 2 dashes soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Stir fry chicken until cooked through. Saute onions and garlic in oil. Add vegetables and spices until cooked. Add chinese noodles and 1 cup water, cook until tender.
