Ingredients
- 1 package Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 Med Onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast
- 1-1/4 cup barbeque sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 400 deg. G. Grease 13x9x2” baking dish
2. Place potatoes into baking dish. Stir in onion, cheese, oil, salt & pepper
3. Arrange chicken on top of potatoes; spoon barbeque sauce evenly over chicken. Cover with foil
4. Back 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and potatoes are crisp and golden brown.
