Meat Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 lb ground pork
• 3 cloves minced garlic
• 1 tsp dried basil or 3 fresh basil leaves
• 1 large can hunts sauce
• 1 small can hunts paste
• 2 large cans crushed tomatoes
• salt
• pepper
• 2 tablespoon oil

Preparation

Step 1

In oil, brown all meat. Add salt and pepper. Then add garlic and basil. Add in paste, sauce and crushed tomatoes. Rinse all cans out with slight amount of water and add to sauce mixture. simmer for approx. 2 hours
