Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced (or whatever fresh herb you like)
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- low fat swiss cheese, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients together and form into 4-6 patties.
Grill on medium heat for 7 minutes per side, 2 minutes before patties are done place a slice of low fat swiss cheese on each patty (optional).
Serve hot.
