Ingredients

  • 1 c. peas
  • 1 c. green beans
  • 1 c. carrots
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Veg. cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook vegetables in small amount of boiling salted water till crisp and tender; drain.
2. Whip egg till lemon colored; add margarine and milk. Blend well.
3. Add vegetables, salt and pepper.
4. Pour into baking dish coated with vegetable spray.
5. Cover and bake at 350 degree F for 45 min. or till set.
