Ingredients
- 3 med. carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 med. yellow summer squash, sliced
- 2 med. zucchini, sliced
- 1 sm. head cauliflower, broken into florets
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tbsp. butter divided
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place carrots, squash and cauliflower in a shallow 3-qt. baking dish.
2. In a small saucepan, saute garlic in 2 tbsp. butter for 2-3 min or until tender.
3. Stir in broth, salt and pepper.
4. Pour over vegetables; dot with remaining butter.
5. Cover and bake at 350 degree F for 50 min or until vegetables are tender.
