- CINNAMON CRUMB TOPPING
- 2 C FLOUR
- 1/2 C BROWN SUGAR
- 1/2 C SUGAR
- 2 T GROUND CINNAMON
- 1 C BUTTER, MELTED
- 1 PKG WHITE CAKE MIX
- 1 EGG
- 1 C SOUR CREAM
- 1/4 C BUTTER, MELTED
- 1 t VANILLA EXTRACT

Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
FOR THE TOPPING, MIX FLOUR, SUGARS AND CINNAMON IN A MEDIUM BOWL. ADD MELTED BUTTER; TOSS WITH SPATULA UNTIL LARGE CRUMBS FORM. FOR THE CAKE, IN A LARGE BOWL, BEAT CAKE MIX, EGG, SOUR CREAM, BUTTER AND VANILLA ON MEDIUM SPEED ABOUT 1 MINUTE OR JUST UNTIL MIXED.
SPREAD EVENLY IN A GREASED AND FLOURED 9X13. SPRINKLE WITH TOPPING MIXTURE AND BAKE 30-35 MINUTES OR UNTIL CAKE PULLS AWAY FROM THE SIDE OF THE PAN
