Ingredients

• Mix:
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tsp soda
• In kettle: (bring to a rolling boil)
• 1 stick butter
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup water
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp vinegar
• Frosting:
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup margarine
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix both of these together and beat. Add eggs, milk and vinegar. Bake 20 minutes at 375.

To make frosting, combine sugar, margarine and milk. Heat to a rolling boil. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Beat for 2 minutes.
