Raspberry Jello Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 large raspberry Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 TBLSP chopped walnuts
  • 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese softened
  • 1 TBLSP vanilla
  • 1 (17-ounce) can boysenberries (Oregon brand)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Jello and boiling water until Jello has dissolved. Add pineapple and boysenberries (DO NOT DRAIN).

Refrigerate overnight (extremely important).

The next day, blend sour cream, vanilla, sugar, and cream cheese. Spread evenly on top of Jello mixture. Sprinkle with nuts.
