    eggs, beaten

    small onion, grated

    teaspoon ginger

  • 1/2

    teaspoon white pepper

  • shake of nutmeg

  • shake of allspice

  • 2/3

    cup mashed potatoes

  • 3/4

    cup bread crumbs

  • 1-1/4

    cup milk

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Mix thoroughly. 3. Roll into balls. 4. Brown meatballs. 5. Put into gravy and heat 2-3 hours.
