Ingredients
- 2 LBS CLEANED RED POTATOES,
- 1 LB BACON, CRISPY
- 1 ONION DICED
- 1 STALK CELERY
- 2 CUPS MAYONNAISE
- 1/2 - 1 CUP CHIVES
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- 1/2 RED BELL PEPPER
- 2 TBSP SWEET HOT MUSTARD, MORE IF YOU LIKE

Preparation
Step 1
BOIL POTATOES TILL TENDER IN SALTED WATER. REMOVE FROM WATER AND LET IN FRIDGE. DICE POTATOES, ONION, CELERY,AND CHIVES PLACE IN BOWL, MIX MAYONNAISE AND MUSTARD TOGETHER ALONG WITH BELL PEPPER, POUR OVER POTATOES AND MIX WELL. ADD IN SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE LET STAND IN FRIDGE 1 HOUR AND SERVE.
