Potato and Leek Soup

Ingredients
- 4 cups Chicken broth 4 slices bacon chopped/cooked
- 3 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cabbage
- 2 med. carrots, chopped
- 1 med leek white portion only chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped slightly cook the leek and onion in pan cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Step 1
Put all ingredients in a Crock Pot and cook about 8 Hrs until everything
is cooked. Good with extra chopped crisp bacon and crackers.
Cook about 8 hours
