Ingredients
- 4 TB Sherry or Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 TB extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup thinly vertically sliced red onion
- 4-ounce arugula
- 4-ounce baby spinach
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 6 ounce package (1package) fresh raspberries
- Roasted Chicken Breast, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Combine vinegar, agave, mustard, pepper, and salt in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Gradually add oil, stirring constantly with a whisk.
Add salad greens; toss gently to coat. Mix onion, cheese, chicken and raspberries.
