Ingredients
- 7 hard boiled eggs
- 1 \4 cup creamy Caesar dressing
- 1 tab half and half
- 2 tab shreddedparmesan cheese
- 1 tab finely minced fresh basil
- Additional Parmesan to garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Peel eggs and cut 6 of them in half, lengthwise, carefully remove the yokes to a small mixing bowl and mash. Finely grate the the seventh egg into the yokes . Stir in the caesar dressing, half and half and parmesan cheese untils smooth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Divide the egg mixture among the egg white halfs and arrange on a plate Garnish with a sprinkling of minced basil and parmesan cheese. Cover and chill
