  • 1 cup Pillsbury Best All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk (Rice milk)
  • 2 Tablespoons Salad Oil

Oven: 400 Yields: about 8
DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN!
Combine all ingredients in small mixer bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer. Fill well-greased custard cups half full. Place on cookie sheet. Place in cold oven. Turn oven to 400. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Turn off oven. Prick popovers with sharp knife, leave in oven ten minutes to dry out centers. *Self-rising flour is not recommended for use in this recipe.
TIP: Batter may be refrigerated in covered custard cups up to 2 days.
